PLANO DETALHADO DE DESENVOLVIMENTO URBANO DA VILA DE PALMEIRA, ILHA DO SAL, 2015

The 'Plano de Desenvolvimento Urbano da Vila da Palmeira, Ilha do Sal were one of the plans for this island proposed with the protocol between the grouoo and Cabo Verde government.

This small town is located in northwest of the Island and has one of the biggest industrial ports of the country.

PLANO DETALHADO DE PALMEIRAS, ILHA DO SAL, 2014 - 2015

The Detailed Plan of the Palmeira, with an area of 48ha and located in the Northeast zone of Povoação de Palmeira. The PD includes four types of zones - Natural Areas; Industrial / Logistics Areas; Housing Areas; Mixed Housing Areas - which include the functions of Housing, Housing and Commerce, Commerce and Services, Housing and Agricultural and Equipment.

The Zoning Plant explains the principles and strategies of preservation of the Fonte Riba stream and its adjacent area, as it fits into a natural area. The PD Palmeira area also includes Mixed Housing use, so as to integrate housing but also the facilities provided for the present area of the plan in order to promote and support local development.

This project aims to study three areas - formal, informal and transition - in the city of Praia, Cape Verde, using a mixed of quantitative and qualitative research methods to provide critical information for understanding how socio-economic-cultural inequalities and the urban morphology affect the health of their residents.

PLANO DETALHADO DE CHÃ DE CALDEIRAS, ILHA DO FOGO, 2014

In 2014 our team accepted the challenge of develop a Detailed Planfor Chã de Caldeiras, Ilha do Fogo, composed by Bangaeira and Portela settlements. Our team had to deal with 100 families with serious social problems in between the two settlements.. This territory it's identified for missing of infrastructure, drinking water, energy, sanitary sewers and waste management.
